Inboxd is designed to minimize what it stores and to keep control in your hands.

Passwords

• Gmail password: never shared with Inboxd
• Inboxd login: handled by Auth0

Tokens

When you connect Gmail, Google issues tokens that let Inboxd access Gmail on your behalf. You can revoke those tokens at any time.

What Inboxd sends (and when)

• Inboxd can draft emails, but it will not send without your explicit confirmation.
• If you ask Inboxd to archive/label emails, you can ask it to list what it will do first.

Recommendations

• Use a strong Google account password and enable MFA.
• Only connect accounts you want Inboxd to access.
